Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Buy Box Savvy's services. By engaging us, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to update them; material changes are notified to active clients in writing.

Services

We provide Amazon UK marketplace support services including listing optimisation, product photography, A+ Content design, PPC management, and the optional Direct Upload service (£50 per ASIN). Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed in writing per engagement.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in GBP. Buy Box Savvy is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Invoices are issued by Get Biz Wise Limited, trading as Buy Box Savvy
  • Payment terms: 50% on order, 50% on approval (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Direct Upload service is billed at £50 per ASIN as an add-on
  • Late payment may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

Service Standards and Revisions

  • First draft of any service delivered within 5 working days of project start
  • Up to 3 revision rounds included as standard
  • Additional revisions chargeable at the prevailing rate

Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel before work commences for a full refund
  • Once work has started, cancellation entitles you to a pro-rata refund less work delivered
  • We do not offer money-back guarantees on completed work; we offer up to 3 revision rounds

Intellectual Property

  • Source files (copy, images, A+ modules, infographics) become the client's property on final payment
  • We retain the right to reference anonymised case study outcomes
  • We do not retain ownership of logos, brand assets, or product imagery you supply

Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, rank positions, or ACoS targets — Amazon outcomes depend on category, competition, price, reviews, and platform changes outside our control
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in dispute
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-interruption losses

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Mutual NDAs are available on request.

Compliance

All work complies with Amazon UK Terms of Service. We do not run "growth hacks" or black-hat tactics that could put your account at risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Category Dominance Map — Service Terms

These service terms apply to Category Dominance Map orders. Where they conflict with the general terms above, these service terms prevail for Category Dominance Map orders only.

The service

The Category Dominance Map is a research and advisory report comparing one primary Amazon ASIN against three direct competitor ASINs on a single Amazon marketplace, across up to twelve buyer keywords agreed with the client. It is prepared from publicly available Amazon listing and search data observed at a stated date and is delivered as a written PDF report.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting the order form is a request for the service, not a binding contract. A contract is formed when Buy Box Savvy issues a payment request confirming the agreed scope and the client makes payment. Buy Box Savvy may decline any order, or propose an amended scope, before issuing a payment request.

Fees

The project fee is £395. Buy Box Savvy is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Invoices are issued by Get Biz Wise Limited, trading as Buy Box Savvy. Fees for additional ASINs, additional competitors or additional marketplaces are quoted separately and are never applied automatically.

Payment

Payment is due on receipt of the payment request and before work commences. Orders that remain unpaid after fourteen calendar days are closed. A closed order may be resubmitted, subject to the fee then in force.

Commencement and delivery

The five-working-day delivery period begins on the first working day after both (a) payment has been received and (b) all required information has been supplied. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Where required information is missing, incorrect or inaccessible, the delivery period pauses until the matter is resolved. Buy Box Savvy will notify the client on the working day the issue is identified.

Client obligations

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the ASINs, keywords and listing information supplied, and confirms that it is entitled to request analysis of the listings identified. The client must not supply personal data relating to its own customers.

Cancellation and refunds

The client may cancel at any time before Buy Box Savvy confirms in writing that analysis has begun, and will receive a full refund of any sum paid. Once Buy Box Savvy has confirmed in writing that analysis has begun, the fee is non-refundable, as the report is prepared individually for the client's ASINs and keyword set and has no resale value. Where Buy Box Savvy is unable to complete the analysis for reasons outside the client's control — for example, because a listing is withdrawn, suspended or becomes inaccessible — a substitute ASIN will be agreed or the fee refunded in full, at the client's election. Where a client is genuinely dissatisfied with a delivered report, Buy Box Savvy may at its discretion offer a partial refund or a revised report. This is a goodwill measure and does not create an entitlement.

No guarantees

The report is an analysis and a set of recommendations. Amazon outcomes depend on product demand, pricing, reviews, stock availability, fulfilment, competition, account health and advertising activity. Buy Box Savvy does not guarantee any ranking position, sales result, Buy Box ownership or revenue outcome, and no statement in the report should be read as such a guarantee. Share-of-voice figures represent search visibility across an agreed keyword set at a stated date and do not represent audited sales market share or verified category revenue.

Intellectual property

On payment in full, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered report for its own internal business purposes. Buy Box Savvy retains ownership of its methodology, frameworks, templates and analytical approach. The report may not be resold, published, or supplied to any third party without Buy Box Savvy's written consent. Where the client is an agency, consultant or other representative acting on behalf of a brand owner, the report may be shared with that brand owner alone, provided the brand owner is named at the point of order. It may not be shared with any other client, circulated more widely, or used as a template for other engagements.

Data

Information supplied is processed in accordance with the Buy Box Savvy privacy notice. Uploaded documents are retained for twelve months and then deleted. Buy Box Savvy does not require, and will never request, Seller Central or Vendor Central credentials, two-factor authentication codes or banking credentials.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, Buy Box Savvy's total liability arising from the service is limited to the fee paid for it. Buy Box Savvy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings.

Buy Box Savvy is an independent Amazon marketplace support agency and is not owned by, endorsed by, or officially operated by Amazon. "Amazon", "Seller Central", "Vendor Central", "A+ Content" and related marks are the property of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
