Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Buy Box Savvy's services. By engaging us, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to update them; material changes are notified to active clients in writing.

Services

We provide Amazon UK marketplace support services including listing optimisation, product photography, A+ Content design, PPC management, and the optional Direct Upload service (£50 per ASIN). Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed in writing per engagement.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated
  • Payment terms: 50% on order, 50% on approval (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Direct Upload service is billed at £50 per ASIN as an add-on
  • Late payment may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

Service Standards and Revisions

  • First draft of any service delivered within 5 working days of project start
  • Up to 3 revision rounds included as standard
  • Additional revisions chargeable at the prevailing rate

Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel before work commences for a full refund
  • Once work has started, cancellation entitles you to a pro-rata refund less work delivered
  • We do not offer money-back guarantees on completed work; we offer up to 3 revision rounds

Intellectual Property

  • Source files (copy, images, A+ modules, infographics) become the client's property on final payment
  • We retain the right to reference anonymised case study outcomes
  • We do not retain ownership of logos, brand assets, or product imagery you supply

Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, rank positions, or ACoS targets — Amazon outcomes depend on category, competition, price, reviews, and platform changes outside our control
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in dispute
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-interruption losses

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Mutual NDAs are available on request.

Compliance

All work complies with Amazon UK Terms of Service. We do not run "growth hacks" or black-hat tactics that could put your account at risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
